Important information you should know before booking with us

La Residenza del Pilota is open all year round. During our hot air ballooning season, from April 1 to November 1, our accommodation is available exclusively for guests who fly with us.  You can book your stay with us and not fly from November 2 to March 31.

Our packages are also restricted to certain times of the year. See the following:

  • The Balloonist Special is available from April 1 to November 1.
  • The Wine Lover’s Special is available from April 1 to November 1.
  • The Truffle Hunter’s Special is available from April 1 to November 1.

We require payment of your accommodation or package upon confirmation of your booking. We will send you payment instructions upon confirmation of your booking.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, also bank transfer and PayPal.

When you depart we will bill you any extra services or activities at La Residenza del Pilota. We accept cash and the above mentioned credit cards.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. No fee will be charged if you cancel at least 2 days prior to your booked arrival date.  Cancellations made after this date and payments made towards your booking are not refundable. No shows are also not refundable.

In case you need to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible. Notifying us of any changes also helps us with preparations for your adventure.
